Officer Cabuntala and Thompson responded to 19th/Connecticut regarding a robbery. Officers spoke with one of the three victims who stated that he was seated in his car when a suspect opened the door and pointed a black gun at the victim, while demanding his keys and bag. The second victim, seated in the passenger seat, stated that a second suspect opened her door and took her purse, then ran up the street. The first suspect ran up the street as well. The third victim, seated in the back seat, stated that the she saw the gun, but was not robbed. No one was injured during the incident. No arrest was made.

Robbery - 24th St and Minnesota St
May 19, 2008-2000 blk of 24th st-6:48pm-CN#080525448:
Officers Johnson and Hunt responded to the 2000 blk of 24th St regarding a robbery. Officers spoke with the victim who was having chest pains due to the incident. Officers called for a medic to assess him. The victim was cleared by the medic and told officers that he had just ended a relationship with the suspect and as a result was pushed down by the suspect and robbed of his money. The suspect then left the area. Officers attempted to locate the suspect, to no avail. The investigation is on-going.

Robbery w/Gun - 20th St and Pennsylvania St

Officer Teper and Ofc. McGuire responded to 17th and Vermont regarding a robbery with a gun. Officers spoke with two victims who stated that they had pulled his truck over when a suspect walked up to their truck and lifted up his shirt, revealing a gun in his waistband. The suspect approached the truck window and demanded money from the victims. The victim gave the suspect all their money and their cell phones. The suspect then told the victims to drive away quickly or he would shoot them. The victim drove away and then went around the block to see if the suspect was still there. Officers searched the area for the suspects and witnesses, to no avail.

Robbery w/Gun - 18th St and De Haro St
May 14, 2008-Robbery, street w/gun, Warrant Arrest-DeHaro/18th-9:37pm-CN#080507311:
Officers Guzman and Gummo responded to 18th /DeHaro regarding a robbery with a gun. Officers met with three victims who told officers that they had all been robbed at gunpoint. All three victims told officers that two unknown males pulled guns out of their jackets and robbed all three of them of all their belongings. Sgt. Hagan, of the plainclothes unit, detained a vehicle on Mariposa and San Bruno with the suspects inside. The victims positively identified the suspects, who were taken into custody and placed under arrest. All of the victims’ belongings were returned to them. No one was injured during the incident.

Officers Chan and Guzman responded to SFGH where the doctor told them that the victim had died as a result of his wounds. Officers back at the scene searched the area for witnesses and suspects, to no avail.

Officers spoke to the victim who stated that he was parked outside of his home when a suspect approached him from behind. Officers searched the area, to no avail.
